That Mayor is a lot less threatening in the light. His tights aren't very flattering.

The Rooster held the coveted title of Current Champ from Thursday, December 18, 2008 to Tuesday, January 06, 2009, heartily vanquishing Night Mayor to earn it. Unfortunately, brutal defeat came soon after, at the merciless hands of Pillow Fighter.

  6. The most interesting thing about this hero is that his power vanquishes a hero whose power is pretty much the same...terrorizing sleeping people.

    A bit of irony, too, it that this hero defeats not only the last hero, but the hero that the last hero defeated.
