Father Nature held the coveted title of Current Champ from Thursday, August 20, 2009 to Monday, August 24, 2009, heartily vanquishing The Lid Lemur to earn it. Unfortunately, brutal defeat came soon after, at the merciless hands of Artist Son.

  10. Adam - Nope! I decided to set the title and description in ITC Clearface, to pick up sort of a seventies throwback layout vibe. After I was done, the illustration just felt like that was the way to go.

    Everyone Else - Man! You're all reading WAY more into this than I thought. Notice that I have now edited the damn thing to preserve the REAL joke.

    In the interest of not being a prude, I will include the original here. In its original glorious color too, to emphasize the redness of a freshly-whupped bottom.

  12. We would NEVER have been able to have gotten this site off the ground if the illustrations would be in color. It would just have taken too long to produce each hero. I only did this one in color for a little practice.
